Hands-on science lessons
Science Enrichment Program
The human body is a marvel of exquisite design. More sophisticated than any man-made invention, it is capable of spectacular achievements. Did you know it can take up to twenty hours for food to pass from one end of the digestive system to the other?
Mrs. Joan Batson will teach this exciting science and math enrichment series that explores cell structure, tissues, organs, and systems. Using physical tests, experiments, and demonstrations, we’ll learn about the fascinating functions and abilities of the body, including super-human strength and endurance.
Have you ever touched a brain? Bask in the true beauty and phenomena of blood and guts!
